The Model Ship on their stand in the Village
The model ship is a small replica of the Spaceship that serves as a tutorial. This tutorial helps the player to learn the commands to pilot the ship. The model was built by Mica and Slate who says of it "it's just like the real thing, only less likely to start a fire". The model is located in the Village next to Mica, the flight instructor, and it is the first thing the player will pass by after leaving the starting campfire.
Notes[]
- The Model Ship can land anywhere in the Solar System, including on The Attlerock. Doing so will grant the Achievement "From the Hearth to the Moon".
- The ship will be destroyed if flown into very hot things, like the Sun or the lava of Hollow's Lantern. Doing so will grant the Achievement "Mica's Wrath".
- It's also possible to get the scout to attach to the ship, but it isn't easy.
