Fig Backer Satellite[]

The Fig Backer Satellite
The Fig Backer Satellite is a small satellite that can be found hurtling through the Solar System. It is a reference Outer Wilds' original crowd-funding campaign on Fig.co. Donations above a certain threshold were given the opportunity to add a hidden audio message or hidden images into the game. Some of these submissions were incorporated into the Fig Backer Satellite.
The Satellite looks similar to the Voyager 1. It has a large dish and a long solar panel. There is an array of monitors on the side of the fuselage. It can be targeted from far away but it does not have a name when targeted (similar to the Quantum Moon).
Photos submitted by Fig backers and the Annapurna Interactive logo are displayed on its monitor screens. When nearby, it loops a recording of an individual saying "We're off, like a dirty shirt in the wash". A declaration can be found on the satellite, revealing it was launched 28/12/2799 9:00:00 a.m. PDT".
Observatory Fig Backers[]
Within the Observatory, beneath the poster of the four Outer Wilds Ventures founders, there is a small note. The note credits other individuals who helped Outer Wilds Ventures grow. The names on this note are a tribute to Fig backers who contributed over a certain amount.
Hearthian Graveyard[]
In a secluded corner of the Village, hidden behind a building, there lies a Hearthian graveyard with three gravestones. The names these three deceased Hearthians are a tribute to Fig backers who contributed over a certain amount.
Hidden Nomai Scroll[]
On the surface of Brittle Hollow, between the Gravity Cannon and Nomai Escape Pod, there lies a Nomai scroll partially in the ground beside a large tree. It is extremely easy to miss as it blends into the rocky surface very well. If the player takes this scroll and inserts it into any Nomai scroll socket, the ensuing Nomai text will translate as a smiley face on the player's translator. It will also display a QR code that, when scanned, displays the text "pivot's easter egg”
Elsinore Dark Bramble Seed[]

Deep within Dark Bramble in the recursion area there lies a rather seemingly insignificant seed.
If a probe is fired inside, it will land it a room that jarringly features human architecture with dead humans lying around it. Vines from Dark Bramble are visible in the background.
This room is a reference to Elsinore, another popular Indie game with time-loop mechanics.
Terminator Nomai[]
On the surface of Hollow's Lantern, as the lava subsides, the skeleton of a deceased Nomai will be uncovered reaching out of the lava. Their pose, and the fact they were submerged in lava, is a likely reference to the ending of Terminator 2: Judgment Day.
Gabbro's Quantum Sculptures[]
If the player discovers Gabbro’s quantum poem on Timber Hearth and then visits them on their island on Giant’s Deep and mentions their poem, Gabbro will mention their interest in creating further quantum art. Their next idea is to create scary quantum statues in order to frighten others. As these proposed statues are quantum, they would not be able to move unless they are not being observed. These proposed Quantum statues are a possible reference to the Weeping Angels from Doctor Who, or to the SCP Foundation.
Crashed Alpha Ship[]
Along the Attlerock’s equator there lies a crashed version of the original ship used in the Outer Wilds Public Alpha.
You've Met a Terrible Fate[]
The name and image of the achievement "You've Met a Terrible fate" is a reference to the Happy Mask Salesman from The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask.
Hidden Portrait[]
In the Endless Canyon, on the bottom floor of the lodge directly across from the route to the Forbidden Archive, there is a passageway initially closed off and guarded by a pursuer. Through that passage and down some stairs is a gallery of artwork. The first piece on the left is illusory, and hides another staircase to a hidden room with a large mass of candles and a portrait of a Stranger alien. Unique music plays in this room.
Comet The Cat[]
Near the Submerged Structure in the Simulation during the Echoes of the Eye, there is a little island off-shore with a single candle. By lighting the candle, a comet appears in the sky and faint purr of cat sounds. In addition, a cat can be seen on the island outside the projection. They are mentioned as "my cat Comet" in "Mobius Special Thanks" of credits.
Zelda Reference[]
By climbing the roof in Endless Canyon a Korok seed can be found on the highest point of the building.[1]
2001: A Space Odyssey Reference[]
The signal received via the Signalscope's Quantum Fluctuations frequency channel resembles a piece by György Ligeti (Lux Aeterna[2].), which was chosen by Stanley Kubrick for his 2001: A Space Odyssey It seems an intended reference, given how the behavior of the Quantum Shards resembles that of 2001: A Space Odyssey monoliths.
Big Head Mode[]
In the outside storage area of Esker’s camp on the Attlerock you can pick up an expanded container of marshmallows. After that marshmallows will appear green and eating one results in all npc’s heads dramatically growing in size. This also applies to the inhabitants of The Stranger inside the simulation.
Steins;Gate Scroll[]

Scroll while hidden as a lamp
Added in patch 15, this easter egg was made by the developer Jeffrey Yu. It is a tribute to all the people who have recorded or streamed their playthroughs, showing bugs that they come across during them, which in turn makes allows the devs to fix them and make a better experience for future players.
Location[]
On a wall at the highest point inside Statue Island you'll see what looks like a wall lamp but turned off. The only way to grab the item from it is to wait until a cyclone comes by and throws the island outside the atmosphere. At that point you can fly up to it and grab the scroll hidden inside.
Text[]

Scroll in Hand

Scroll in Wall
If the player takes this scroll and inserts it into any Nomai scroll socket, you will translate the following message.
--Divergence Meter[3] active --
Now calculating world line divergence...Current divergence value[4]: X.000000M
To all those who have streamed and clipped their playthroughs, I offer my humble thanks. Thank you for discovering the anomalies within this world line.
Subsequent world lines have been improved thanks to you. This may be my last venture into this world, so I leave you with this: Enjoy the journey, friend.
El Psy Congroo[5]
The X.000000M, called the world line value[6], is actually dynamic. It will show a different number depending on what number loop you are currently on. The last 2 digits of that value also shows on the scroll.
After translating every text of the scroll, you will see it take the shape of the Steins;Gate Future Gadget Lab logo[7].
Paradox[]

Duplicated scroll after going through ATP black hole
Additionally, if you take the scroll with you into the Ash Twin Project's black hole, it will appear in the next loop on the ground of the ATP, broken, with the banana jellified[8].
This broken scroll can cause a Breaking Spacetime Ending just like the Scout and Self can.
The name of the condition in the code that checks for if the banana scroll went through the black hole is named DENWA_RENJI(KARI)[9] which is a reference to the device used to send the banana back in time.
